Shipping

Meraki Official offers complimentary standard shipping nationwide.

Meraki Official will work to dispatch and process your Order between 4-5 business days after acceptance of the Order and will notify you by email with the tracking number of consignment as soon as one is available.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for delivery in remote areas. Standard shipping times are a general guideline and will depend on your post code and regulations from Australian Post. 

On a weekend or on a public holiday, the earliest available time for dispatch is the next following business day.

Orders with express shipping option will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your order. All orders will be shipped with Australian Express Post which generally takes 2-3 working days for delivery depending on your post code. 

Once Goods have been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed so please ensure you have provided the correct details. All deliveries of Goods require a signature upon receipt of delivery so please ensure the delivery address is attended between 9am to 5pm. Deliveries cannot be made to Australian Post Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a business address for delivery, please specify the name of the business. If no one is available to sign for a delivery, Australia Post will leave an “attempted delivery” card. The parcel will be redirected by Australia Post to your local post office for you to pick up.

 

We deliver to US, Canada, United Arab Emirates and Europe for $25 flat rate. We offer complimentary international shipping for all orders above $800. For alternate international Shipping, please email hello@merakiofficial.com.au to discuss as shipping rates vary depending on your order items and destination you will be shipping to.

We use DHL express for all international shipping and will have a delivery window of 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

Meraki Official cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes which may apply in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest solely with the Customer. Please note if you refuse to pay any duties and taxes invoiced at the destination and request to cancel your order all shipping fees and admin charges related to this canceled order will be deducted from your final refund.
